Response Time: We typically respond to all support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.
Problems signing in, resetting your password, or managing your account settings. If you're having trouble accessing your account, please reach out and we'll help you get back in.
App crashes, connection issues, or features not working as expected. Include details about what you were doing when the issue occurred to help us diagnose the problem faster.
Questions about gameplay mechanics, scoring rules, multiplayer features, or how specific game modes work.

Send bug reports to app-support@coutts-consulting.com with "Bug Report" in the subject line.
The recommended way to delete your account is directly in the app: go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account and the personal data associated with it are removed from our active database and your login is revoked. If you can no longer access the app, email us at app-support@coutts-consulting.com and we'll delete your account on your behalf.
